OUR AUTHENTIC SWISS CHEESE FONDUES ARE ENTIRELY PREPARED BY ARTISANAL WAY IN OUR PRODUCTION WORKSHOP LOCATED IN VAL-DAVID, IN THE LAURENTIANS
Our ready-to-serve fondue mixes are composed of a mixture of Gruyère, Emmental or Vacherin imported from Switzerland and accompanied by a 2nd sachet containing the liquid and the garlic. Cornstarch is provided in the cheese mixture. Nothing to add, the product is ready in five minutes!
Unlike the factory boxes found in big box stores, our product is fresh and without a trace of preservative. It can be kept for about twenty days in the refrigerator and can be frozen for four months without altering its freshness and taste.
Our fondues are guaranteed lactose-free, since the hard cheeses produced in Switzerland are subjected to a ripening technique that eliminates all traces of lactose.
